As you bend your foot to walk, run or jump, it puts energy into the ground, which a standard foam insole would disperse (and waste).spenco propel + carbon performance insoles With VKTRY carbon fiber on the insole, this passive energy is loaded up and transformed to kinetic energy that will be returned as you push off the ground. The increased ground force and energy return will help reduce fatigue, prevent injury and give you more power in your stride to go faster.
The curved base of the VKTRY insole decreases the degree of dorsiflexion required to perform plantar flexion (push-off). This allows the tibialis anterior tendon to work less and helps to prevent shin splints, runner's knee or ankle injuries.
VKTRY Insoles are extremely comfortable, despite the base being made of carbon fibre. The top portion is a softer EVA foam that supports & cushions your foot. They require a break-in period which typically takes a few days of light training. Instructions on this process come inside each pair.
